Great question! Here's how to merge David's two records and set the Gmail as primary:

1. Go to the People Directory in the left-hand navigation
2. Check the boxes next to both David Tobias records
3. A "Merge Selected" button will appear at the top of the screen
4. Review the info from each record and choose what to keep
5. Make sure to select his Gmail address as the email to retain
6. Click "Merge Selected" in the bottom right corner

All pipelines and organizations from both records will be preserved in the merged contact.

One heads up: Hub currently only supports one email per contact, so his other email won't be saved automatically during the merge. If you want to keep it for reference, you can store it as a custom data point under the User Variables section when editing the contact after merging.
